Claude, born in 1970, is the co-founder and a partner of VMC3. With more than 17 years’ experience as property manager, client representative, insurance agent and real estate agent, he assumes the role of manager for all activities related to real estate services and insurance files with VMC3.

Claude handled, for 15 years, on behalf of a major player in the social sector in Luxembourg, the management of real estate assets which included more than 30 real estate compounds and carried out, as representative of the owner of the works, large construction projects.

Prior to his career in the real estate and insurance field, he held managerial and administrative management positions in the banking and industrial sectors.

As for his academic and continuous training, after passing a general high school degree Claude studied for 3 years at the Aachen RWTH in the "machine manufacturing" branch, where he received various certificates.

He successfully passed his accounting examinations I, II, and III as well as civil and commercial law examinations with the IFBL and holds a certificate in general accounting from the "Fernuniversität Hagen".

Viviane, born in 1968, trained as an economist, and began her professional career as an external auditor with one of the Big 5s.

In 1991, she moved to the health sector where she served as administrative and technical director of a clinic, as coordinator of the administrative and financial organization of the merger of two hospitals and internal auditor at a home care provider.

Simultaneously, Viviane continued to practice as a chartered accountant. In 2009 she decided to devote herself entirely to this business while remaining dedicated to the social sector.

Wishing to integrate the personal growth component into her activities, she followed a certifying coach training course specializing in personal and professional growth.

Viviane, with her experience allowing her to specialised in company management, organisation and growth, decided in 2015 to engage, together with her two partners, into a new challenge by creating "VMC3". She as a manager for all accounting and economic consulting activities.

Maryse, born in 1984, 2 years of higher education in architecture.
After a first experience of 3 years in an "building concepts" and property development agency, she decided in 2010 to use her knowledge for the benefit of a major player in the social area in Luxembourg and to learn the trade of real estate asset manager.

This experience allowed her to extend and complement her skills in a different but complementary occupation in the real estate sector.

In order to continuously grow her know-how, Maryse has also acquired extensive expertise in insurance and claims management over the last 7 years.

In parallel, and since the beginning of her career, she has been following training courses, particularly in accounting and salary computation and management.

The co-founder and partner of "VMC3", Maryse is pleased to be able to combine all her experience and expertise gained in the fields of real estate and insurance for the benefit of VMC3 customers.
